The best proven fact is after you wakeup from a hangover is to eat fried foods such as chicken tenders for an example.

...or pizza...yeah has semi worked for me...but mostly...if you're sober enough to think about eating it the night before...before you pass out Wink

Another tip that works EXTREMELY well is taking one or two vitamin B pills before you start drinking. I have NEVER felt hungover after a heavy night of drinking if these are taken prior. However, I have noticed they somewhat reduce your buzz effect as well therefore you feel inclined to drink more Razz

Otherwise....pure water....and ibruprofen...not tylenol since apprently, rumor has it....that is bad for your system when saturated with alcohol ;x

otherwise, overall....not drinking too much! Laughing

Who could eat fried food after a rough night?? lol..

I agree with the motrin & drinking ice tea usually works for me.

It is true that takeing tylenol before or after can damage your liver.

Best to just not drink too but it happens sometimes.

eat cheese. It won't do you any good, and might make you sick just looking at it, but I heard it's high on calcium Laughing
