Don't you just hate liers, but love catching them in the act Subject description: The story will unfold at a later date |

You know...I can't stand a lier, and the ones who lie in your face and don't think you know they are lying. I'm not gonna name any names, but you know who are. It's funny how some people will try to screw people over. |

So, me the typical nice guy I am, I offer to rent out a few rooms at my house for a really cheap price. The house is a nice 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom house. Knowing that my roommates are only staying short term, mostly around 6-12 months. I don't force a contract, I only ask that they give me 2-4 weeks notice before moving out. JUREVICIUS86, who I thought was a cool dude said in my face when he moved out he would give me a notice. Sure enough he lied. I really don't care too much that he didn't give a decent notice, but the fact that he made up a story that his mother got him housing at VCU a week ago (which VCU housing was already filled long time ago) was pretty lame. Funny thing is he doesn't even go to VCU, nor the people he moved in with go to VCU. Why lie?? I wonder how much time he spent trying to come up with that story?
This is how he got caught:
1. Said his mother got him housing, seeing that campus housing filled over a month ago.
2. Couldn't even give the address to where he lived. His directions he gave were actually to the other side of the city
3. I tried to send him a email via VCU's webmail client, but his name didn't turn up (meaning he's not a student).
4. When he moved out, he left his Fall of '06 class schedule to a local community college
5. A girl at a resturant just told CriminalJusticeChick's mother that he was moving in with them.
I'm not even gonna get into the damages he caused to my house. He better not try to come up in my face, smiling, acting like everything is all cool. He'll end up getting a Jax beat down |

I still don't understand why he needed to lie in this case. I personally don't think that he needed to lie, it is situations like these that messes up a person rep.
I hate liars also. |

I don't know either This isn't the first time he lied to me. The other times were minor. Once he said he had a turbo mustang GT. I know a little something about cars, seeing how I like fast cars. I asked him what turbo kit did he buy, how much it was, and what type was it. He said it was a custom kit, and he paid around $4,700 for it. He didn't know anything about the kit ex. psi, twin turbo or single, if it was intercooled etc etc. You could tell he never owned a mustang, because he didn't know where the shifter was, and plus he drives his current car like a granny. He also said his mustang was 5-speed. Last year I let him tried to drive my Porsche, which is 5-speed. He didn't know how to cut the car on (all manual cars you press the clutch in then turn the key), and when I saw how he didn't know how to get out of 1st gear, I really knew he never got behind the wheel of a 5-speed car let alone own a 5-speed, turbo charged Mustang GT.
The person on the left is who we are talking about

Unforunately this world is made up of all kinds of people. One thing that has held true throughout my life, is your true friends you can count on one hand and have fingers left over. Always take life experiences and learn from them and turn a bad situation into a good situation. Be the better person and show them you will not stoop down to their level. Yes it is hard to do, but shows that you are the better person.
I wish you the best of luck in your situation. . . . . . . |

Well I've always thought he was kinda shaddy. He would never take his part as far as cleaning goes. And he used to have a puppy, when i got my 3 pups. Well one day I came home, and he wasnt there. I didnt think much of it, because sometimes his mother would keep the dog. Well a week went by, no puppy. So he told us that his mother lost him in the park. Which we all know is not true. 1. the dog has to be leashed 2. his mother has a dog of her own, i dont think she would be that stupid. 3. the dog didnt ever go anywhere, not ever when we walked up the street.
Finally like a month ago he finally admits that he couldnt handle the dog, and he had his mom find a good home for him. But this is after me and him got into this big fight about him trying to leave the dog in a parkinglot.
And im really big on dogs... so you can be sure that didnt go so well.
But the one thing I am glad about, is that Karma is a bitch. People get whats comming to them |

That sucks, at least you didn't give him the opportunity to really screw you over, some people lie out of habit, they think they won't look cool or get what they want unless they lie or manipulate people
i had a similar situation recently where I worked for a friend off and on for like 2 yrs, things got weird as time went on he would lie about when he was getting paid by the contractor/company we were working for so that he wouldn't have to pay me on time or pay me everything he owed me for a work week
He also ran a dj company and hosted karaoke contests at a local pub near where i live, my girlfriend used to go down there sometimes without me to enter the contests with her friends, anyway one of her friends that gave her a ride up there (who also happens to be his gf) on this one occasion decided to go home early and asked him to give her a ride home.
Well on the ride back they ended up in this huge argument that he started, like the drama queen he is talking smack about her myspace blog of all silly things and her generally being too opinionated for his liking, so she gets defensive with him like anyone would when they are being attacked & he threatens to call the cops if she doesn't get out of his truck! We were supposed to work together the next day but he flaked out, didn't even answer the door, he owed me $200 which i got back cause i confronted his dumb ass.. of course he tried to lie about those situations too, he wouldn't accept any real responsibility for it..but you just never know about some people. You think they're your friend but they're just full of sh*t! narcissists..it's better to get those kinds of people out of your life for good |
