So here's the deal, I have some hookups which basically in a nutshell, I got them virtually for free. I don't have anyone I can sell them to, and I'm not trying to deal with the hassle of selling them. So, of course I'm going to lookout for my fellow community members here. I have 2 black models, and 2 white models. If you want one, let me know which color you want.
After getting them, I read some of the reviews which are about 50/50 positive, negative. I've been playing around with one of them over the weekend. It defiantly isn't a ipod, but it does the job, and it's extremely light weight and small. I haven't tested the video, but the radio, and mp3 playback is pretty good.

Kate, yours is shipped today. I sent you a PM with the tracking number. Luke, I will either need to ship it from the UPS store, or US postal service. The local depot was going to charge $95.00 for shipping. Of course jman-x got his Saturday night, but he's still without a working laptop. I'm still waiting for geepee to reply back.

| You want the technical answer visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firmware. You want my quick answer, it's something like a software upgrade. Under the settings menu, it's the last option. Don't select on it. |

Putting music on it now.
As jax wa saying, it even says in the user instruction booklet, sometimes in big, red letters "DO NOT UPDATE THE FIRMWARE!"
