Something pretty standard but one of my favs
The White Russian
1 oz vokda
1 oz Kahlua
then I usually add skim milk and like it better, but bars fill with cream
Best if served over ice!
Tequila Sunrise (my version )
2 oz tequila
1 oz grenadine
fill with half pineapple juice and half redbull
Best over ice, and add the grenadine last. |

When we eat at Mexican Villiage I tend to get that! Love it!
A couple weeks ago I was feeling kind of dead...and it was a Friday...and it was time to start pregamming for the bars according to my housemates...so I made some coffee and put a shot in a half of kahlua in it...as well as some caramel vanilla power flavoring I use.
It was awesome! Woke me up too!
I'm not sure what that is called, but I know Kahlua is a pretty common liquer to put in coffees. I'm simply reinforcing that it is tasty! |

I think it's time for more
Mojito
Ingredients:
* 2-3 oz Light rum
* Juice of 1 Lime (1 oz)
* 2 tsp Sugar
* 2-4 Mint sprigs
* Soda water
Mixing instructions:
Lightly muddle the mint and sugar with a splash of soda water in a mixing glass until the sugar dissolve and you smell the mint. Squeeze the lime into the glass, add rum and shake with ice. Strain over cracked ice in a highball glass. Top with soda water, garnish with mint sprig and serve.
Highball
Ingredients:
* 1 1/2 oz Whiskey
* Fill with glass Ginger ale
* 4-5 cubes Ice
Mixing instructions:
fill a medium glass most of the way with ice, pour in 1 shot, about 1.5 ounces of whiskey, fill the rest of the way with ginger ale.
Chocolate Almond
Ingredients:
* 1/3 oz Amaretto
* 1/3 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
* 1/3 oz Irish cream
Mixing instructions:
Layer the ingredients in the order listed.
Creator/contributor's comments:
Can also be made with light creme de cacao, but is much better with dark.
T.K.O.
Ingredients:
* 1/3 oz Tequila
* 1/3 oz Ouzo
* 1/3 oz Kahlua
Mixing instructions:
Just pour off the amount into a shot glass Shoot and Enjoy!
Fruit Punch
Ingredients:
* 2 packages unsweetened red Kool-Aid mix
* 4 L Soda water
* 1 can frozen Lemonade concentrate
* 1 can frozen Pineapple juice concentrate
* Sugar as needed
Mixing instructions:
Make up the kool-aid ahead of time, by dissolving in a small amount on water (as little as possible). Don't add sugar! Cool this mixture. With everything cold, mix it all together, just before the party. You can add sherbert to keep it cold, or make ice cubes, or an ice cube ring, using the kool-aid mixture. You probably won't need to add any sure to this, as the soda, lemondade, and pineapple juice should contain plenty. |

sorry I do not have any ounces for this but I will try:
My version of Pina Colada's
blender -- fill with ice half way, malibu coconut rum 1/4 of way, add about 1 or 2 tablespoons of creme de coco(blue can with parrot), mix -- Then add vanilla ice cream and pineapple sherbert, mix and blend until smooth
everyone loves these at my pad |

LAPU LAPU ---Tambu Lounge
1 ounce Myer's Rum
1/2 ounce Bacardi 151
Scorpion Mix (consists of half-and-half sour mix and orange juice)
Enough ice to chill it, crushed so it fits in the pineapple
Garnish: Cherry
Served in: Hollowed fresh pineapple, the pineapple stem is the lid with a small wedge removed so a straw can be inserted. Cut the leaves off the stem and reattach to the "lid" using a shortened toothpick. Make a slice off the bottom of the pineapple so it will sit upright properly and not tip over. Yes, this means the bottom will be moist and sticky.
These are yummy, I will try to post a pic later....... |

The Ol' Midori
Liqueur, melon (Midori) 2 oz.
Lemon Juice 1 1/2 oz.
Sugar Syrup 1 oz.
Mixing Instructions
Fill a rocks glass halfway with ice. Take all ingredients and shake, also with ice. Strain into glass. Infinitely better than the "sour mix" version of this drink. |
