That's not my experience. I have observed people acting more stupid when they have been drinking than when they go about their lives. Why, when I wake up in the middle of the night on weekends, there's usually a loud noise coming from an establishment that is so loud and obnoxious, they have to call the police in to break it up. Also, when the office holds it's mostly-annual bowling party, the participants would rather drink more than concentrate on the game. That is really annoying because it contributes to a chaotic mess. This is why I have stopped going to such parties with the office.
I do not wish to debate on this, as I have kept a near-perfect record of non-alcohol consumption for personal reasons. Just trust me when I say that alcohol is bad, and cigarettes are even worse. That I know for a fact, and I don't even smoke either. |
