Not to get into a debate or anything, but nowadays, people are doing what they want to anyway regardless of what religion tells them they should be doing. If you don't like it, that's fine too. Just leave them alone and let them do what they want.

That does not surprise me, Madonna is notorious for being controversial. From her upbringing to her rebelling, she has set her own pace.(which she was brought up Catholic)

Knowing her history, she probably did it for publicity. Which in the end means media attention and sales.

I may be in the minority here, but I have never ever rated Madonna. I don't think she is much to look at, I don't think she has a good singing voice and can't say one of her sings has made me think how good it was.

Am I being miserable or anyone agree?

I liked her in the 80's early 90's I think her style is too different for today's audience

I don't really think that highly of Madonna either. Sure, she's successful at what she does, but she's too full of herself like most celebrities of her stature. That's why I prefer my local acts in local venues. Who knows? You may even find a new discovery.

I like Madonna's older music better then most of her newer stuff.

Madonna has also been in about a dozen movies . I liked her a lot back in the Who's That Girl day's and she was extraordinary in the movie Evita .
