sues over plane crash

This plane crash happened back in September, and it is sad. I have heard the tapes of them escaping it, but I will not go and find it to put here, it was not "ok" to hear. I know this DJ went through a lot, and has said that he would never fly again, but go on tours, etc by tour bus because of this accident.

Keeping the family and friends in my prayers on this one, they suffered a lot.

I read about that like the day after it happened. They were going to help kick off the festivities of T-Mobile taking over Suncom in Columbia S.C. A company email was sent shortly after finding out they had escaped the tragic event. I don't blame them at all for wanting to sue, and I wouldn't want to fly after an event like that.
