I don't drink energy drinks but I was wondering If they really work.
I also am wondering if any one drinks any nutritious drinks with natural fruits that give you energy. Then maybe I'll try one.

I have never had one before.

I once sat through a presentation by a nutritionist, and he said that energy drinks are not that beneficial.

The prices of the energy drinks are usually high, and I have a hard time believing that it's worth it.

Any other thoughts or opinions?

I have been seeing more and more energy drinks being sold in the clubs lately. I tried a redbull once, I can't really say it did anything for me. I think it's more of a mental thing then anything.

Has anyone had Sugar Free Redbull before?

I don't drink energy drinks, but I've heard that it doesn't taste good at all.

I think I'll stick with water. The only problem with Coke or any soft drink is if you are really breaking it down on the dance floor, there's a good chance it will give the cramps.

You know, on the new Weight Watchers program, any non-alcoholic beverage that you drink, such as water, soda, coffee, tea, is considered like a serving of water. You don't have to actually drink the 6-8 glasses of water, but I do enjoy a nice Fruit2O now and again.
